In a Nutshell

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities across EMEA. You will execute the sales strategy for ENSEK’s SaaS platform, working with marketing, product, and the leadership team to develop targeted, account based selling plans. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline, managing a complex enterprise sales cycle and numerous stakeholders through to close.


1. Identify business opportunities, build sales pipeline and win new business

2. Navigate a complex sales cycle, multiple senior stakeholders and a sophisticated enterprise SaaS solution

3. Selling at the most strategic level, implementing a broad strategy across IT and Business stakeholders for earning platform adoption.

4. Develop and maintain key sales collateral (pitch decks, value propositions etc) to support all client facing engagements throughout the sales cycle

5. Leverage corporate hospitality opportunities, networking events and partner-led engagements to build stronger prospect relationships.

6. Work alongside strategic partners to identify and nurture mutual opportunities, including PoCs/PoVs

7. Manage responses to formal bids/RFIs/RFPs, working with key ENSEK resource to ensure full coverage

8. Negotiate contract agreements, maximising £ARR and protecting key SaaS terms

Competenze chiave


Strong stakeholder management at all levels (CXO and below). Can influence senior clients through excellent communication skills (verbal and written), capable of challenging the status quo through thought leadership to get the desired outcomes.


Well versed in enterprise SaaS concepts and commercial drivers, and experience closing deals >£1M ARR. Comfortable working with numbers to model commercials and support client business cases.


Unrelenting drive and sense of urgency. Ability to think laterally, be solution orientated and always aim for maximum impact.
